Church Workday request

This next meeting date falls in line with the Church work day. We have been asked to help with a couple of tasks around the church so we are hoping to do so en lieu of our regular meeting and are asking of you are able to let me know this week. I am also asking a personal request from one of you. I will be out of town this month visiting my foster daughters new born baby boy and am asking for one of you to step up and help the day of. I can do all the leadup work and i am sure the day of responsibilities will be minimal but we need someone who will know our place in the system the day of. i really would appreciate it. They are asking for commitment before that date so Ineed to know if we are going to be able to by next weekend. they are asking us to 1. Lacquer some woodwork in the sanctuary 2. Do some exterior cleanup and planting.
